Ce retour à la normale fait suite aux récentes décisions du gouvernement concernant le contrôle du foncier du domaine public maritime. “Cette levée des sommations marque un recul de l’État après une période de tensions et d’incertitudes pour les propriétaires concernés”, rapporte le journal Les Echos.
La suspension des travaux avait suscité de vives inquiétudes parmi les propriétaires, qui voyaient leurs projets immobiliers bloqués. Avec cette levée, ils peuvent désormais reprendre leurs chantiers, ce qui est accueilli avec soulagement.
Il convient de noter que le Premier ministre Ousmane Sonko a récemment reçu un pré-rapport de la commission ad-hoc chargée du contrôle et de la vérification des titres et occupations du domaine public maritime dans la région de Dakar.
