Le directeur administratif et financier de l’Agence de la réglementation pharmaceutique (Arp), Mamadou Fawzi Dione, a été arrêté et placé en garde à vue par la Sûreté urbaine (Su). Il est suspecté de détournement de deniers publics, selon les informations rapportées par Libération.
Le journal indique que les faits reprochés remontent à l’époque où Dione était gestionnaire à la direction générale de la santé publique. Il aurait abusé de sa position pour effectuer des retraits importants sur le compte de l’entité déposée à la banque Crédit du Sénégal.
Les Échos ajoutent que le préjudice serait déjà évalué à plusieurs millions de francs CFA.
